Our take
The Rally Hotel at McGregor Square earns its 9.1 score from 259 reviews with a location few downtown hotels can beat: Coors Field and Union Station are a short stroll away. The rooftop pool and hot tub with city views set it apart from standard downtown stays, and a restaurant, bar and fitness center cover the rest. I would book it for a Rockies game weekend or a family trip by train; anyone wanting calm evenings should know the square stays busy.
- Take advantage of the central location to walk to Union Station and Coors Field, saving on transport.
- Spend an evening on the rooftop to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and city lights.
- If traveling with a pet, confirm the specific pet policies and any associated fees beforehand.

Why guests love itThe Rally Hotel is an easy pick for families in downtown Denver. The rooftop pool and hot tub give children a reward after a day of sightseeing, and Union Station and Coors Field are both a short walk from McGregor Square, so a ballgame night needs no car. The restaurant and bar on site keep dinner simple, the fitness center suits parents, and pets are accepted. Expect a lively square around the hotel rather than a quiet setting.
