Our take
AC Hotel by Marriott Wichita Downtown is the hotel I would book for a family trip built around an event downtown. Intrust Bank Arena and Century II Convention Center are close, rooms have refrigerators, and the European restaurant, bar and fitness center are on site. No pool is listed. The score of 8.4 rests on only 29 reviews, so it is still an early signal.
- Explore the downtown area on foot, as many attractions are within walking distance
- Enjoy a cocktail at the hotel bar after a day of exploring or business meetings
