Fairfield Inn Spokane Downtown
Indoor pool and hot tub in the city centre
Spokane, Spokane
About this stay
Fairfield Inn Spokane Downtown puts an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub in the city centre, which is rare for a hotel a 7-minute walk from the Spokane convention area. Family rooms have modern amenities and free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre is open, and a continental, American and buffet breakfast is served daily with warm dishes, juice, pancakes and fruit. Riverfront Park and the Spokane Convention Center are both nearby, and the airport is 11 km away. Free parking, a lift, laundry, a hairdresser and a 24-hour front desk with full-day security round out the practical side (express check-in is available). Laundry facilities and a lift make a longer family stay easier, and the front desk provides invoices on request for business travelers.

Our take
Few city-centre hotels pair an indoor pool and hot tub with free parking and a walk to Riverfront Park, and this one does. Families and travelers who want year-round water will appreciate it. The rooms are standard Fairfield rather than boutique. Those chasing atmosphere should look at the historic Davenport properties instead.
- Use the indoor pool and hot tub in winter, they stay open year-round inside
- Park free on site and walk to Riverfront Park, it is nearby
- Eat the hot breakfast early on game or convention days, it is served daily
Why we love it
- Indoor pool and hot tub in the city centre
- Free parking on site
- Daily continental, American and buffet breakfast
- Walk to the Spokane convention area
Why guests love itIn a downtown stay with children, the indoor pool decides the evening: it stays open through winter, and the hot tub is there for parents. Free parking removes one daily worry, and the breakfast spread of pancakes, fruit and warm dishes feeds a family before Riverfront Park. The airport is 11 km away, so the first and last day are easy to plan. The style is standard, not special.
