Our take
My take: the appeal of this apartment is practical, with a full kitchen, a year-round pool and hot tub, a garden and free private parking, all useful for a family on a theme-park trip. A 9.5 across only 15 reviews is promising, but I would not call it proven, and I would check the exact distance to Universal before booking. I would choose it for space and value.
- Utilize the fully equipped kitchen to save on dining expenses during your stay
- Take advantage of the free private parking, a valuable perk in Orlando
- Plan your theme park visits in advance, as Universal is just a short drive away
Why we love it
- Fully equipped kitchens in every apartment
- Year-round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub
- Free on-site private parking
- Close proximity to Universal theme parks
Why guests love itI would consider this apartment-style stay near Universal for a family that wants a full kitchen, with one caution: guests rate it 9.5, but only 15 reviews stand behind that. Family rooms have air-conditioning, private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. A year-round outdoor pool, a hot tub, a garden and a fitness center are on site, and free private parking is included.
