Our take
The 27 Wynwood combines apartment-style family rooms, each with a kitchen and dining area, with hotel facilities: a rooftop pool, a hot tub, a steam room, a fitness center, a games room and an Italian restaurant. Its 8.4 rating rests on only 19 reviews, so it is still building a track record. My advice: choose it when space and self-catering matter most, and read the latest reviews before booking.
- Make use of the in-room kitchen to prepare some meals and save on dining out costs
- Spend an afternoon by the rooftop pool and hot tub for ultimate relaxation
- Check out the games room for some family-friendly entertainment in the evening
