Our take
Homewood Suites Lexington-Hamburg is built for longer stays: full kitchens in the suites, barbecue facilities, a fitness center and on-site parking. The outdoor pool opens seasonally, which matters for anyone travelling outside summer. I would pick it for a family staying a week or more in Lexington, and the 8.8 score from 86 reviews is encouraging, though it rests on a smaller sample than larger hotels.
- Utilize the full kitchen in your suite to prepare meals and save on dining out
- Take advantage of the seasonal outdoor pool during warmer months for family fun
- Consider the interconnected rooms if you're traveling with a larger family or group

Why guests love itEvery suite has a full kitchen, so families can keep their own meal routine on a longer stay, and the barbecue area makes for an easy outdoor dinner.
