Our take
This Sleep Inn stands at 455 Marks Street, at the corner of Sandhurst Road in Henderson, a four-storey, 95-room build that the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported as the brand's first in Nevada when construction began, with completion planned for September 2025. Being so new, it has only 17 guest reviews so far, averaging 8.8 out of 10. I would book it for a road trip that uses Las Vegas as a stop without sleeping on the Strip: a car, the I-215 a few minutes away, breakfast included and a pool at the end of a hot day. I would not book it to walk to the casinos of Las Vegas Boulevard, which are a drive away.

The 95 rooms include eight suites, which gives a family of four a little more room than a standard king or two queens. Breakfast is included each morning, the outdoor pool and hot tub give children something to look forward to after a day in the desert heat, and there is a fitness centre and parking on site. Harry Reid International Airport is about 9 km away, close enough for a late arrival or an early flight. What it lacks is atmosphere and walkability to the Strip: plan on driving to Las Vegas Boulevard, and use Sunset Station or the Galleria at Sunset, both within walking distance, for an easy evening.
