Our take
A three-star Courtyard rated 8.7 out of 10 across 160 reviews, practical rather than distinctive. I recommend it to families and business travellers who want an indoor pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and rooms with sofa beds and work desks. The outdoor fireplace is a nice extra. Travellers seeking a boutique atmosphere or downtown Charlotte on foot should look elsewhere.
- Take advantage of the indoor swimming pool for a relaxing swim, especially after a day of exploring.
- Dine at the on-site American restaurant for a convenient and satisfying meal without having to venture out.
- Unwind by the outdoor fireplace in the evening; it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the ambiance.
