Our take
Caravan Court opened on June 1, 2026 at 205 North Collins Street, around the corner from the Division Street lot where the Caravan Motel stood, and it kept the old Caravan Motor Hotel sign. Valencia Hotel Group built it as a modern take on a 1960s motor court: 143 rooms, seven of them king suites, a pool with four cabanas and a rooftop lounge, the Elora Sky Club. AT&T Stadium is about a 19-minute walk. With only 14 guest reviews so far, averaging 8.6 out of 10, it is still young. I would book it for a stadium weekend with friends or a couple's night out. I would not book it for quiet early nights next to a rooftop bar.
- The pool bar, the Caravan Swim Club, is seasonal, so a winter Cowboys weekend means the rooftop lounge and the martini bar rather than the cabanas.
- Idle Hour Social Club serves coffee by day and martinis at night, a useful meeting point before walking to the stadium.
- Arlington has no fixed-route city bus or train, and the shared Arlington On-Demand vans do not run on Sundays, so for a Sunday game the 19-minute walk is the dependable option.
- The Vandy, the main restaurant, cooks Americana classics, so dinner needs no drive on game evenings when the Entertainment District restaurants fill up early.

The resort-style pool with four cabanas is the draw in summer, while the rooftop Elora Sky Club and the martini bar set the evening mood, which can mean more noise than a family motel. The garden, the terrace and the outdoor fireplace give a quieter corner, and there is an electric car charging station on site. AT&T Stadium is a walk of about 19 minutes; Six Flags Over Texas needs the car.
